Review - Bigpond
Bigpond Movies are owned by Telstra; and currently have the biggest range of any Australian online DVD rental company with over 38,000 DVDs available to borrow.
As part of my review I joined Bigpond and took advantage of the two week trial period. My experience with Bigpond Movies was an over positive experience
Bigpond has an innovative social feature where you can befriend other movie buffs who share similar movie interests.
Bigpond Movies online browsing and ordering system is easy to navigate and add movies to be borrowed to “MyQ”. MyQ is where all your movies to be rented are stored so you know which movie will be coming next and allows you to change the order of your MyQ.
Bigpond Movies has a large amount of special interest DVDs including DVD Games, Blu-Ray and HD-DVD
My total experience using Bigpond Movies for home delivery of DVDs was as above expected. This was partly due to the fact that once you have posted a movie return, if you let customer service know the movie is on its way back they will send out your next movie before they receive it.
