Quickflix was founded in 2004 which makes Quickflix Australia’s most experienced online DVD rental service. Since 2004 Quickflix has served over 65,000 households and delivered more then 5 million DVD’s.
After completing a Quickflix review comparing Quickflix to other online DVD rental services, Quickflix clearly has the largest range of DVD's including documentaries, TV series and feature length movies. In total there are more then 36,000 titles available and over 500 being added per month.
I joined Quickflix’s free 30 day free trial promotion to test their service.
My final Quickflix review thoughts are that Quickflix has an overall fantastic service and the free trial was exactly as I expected. The online ordering system is very easy to navigate and book DVD’s. They also have an amazing range of new release DVD’s and Blue-Ray DVDs.
On my trial period I had a total of four DVD’s delivered; the average delivery time per DVD was one day once the previous DVD is returned. This is an exceptional delivery time. The fast lead time is amde possible due th Quickflix having distribution centres Australia wide, including all majour cities.
Another fantastic feature I used when conducting my Quickflix review is their recommended movies feature. Quickflix recommends particular movies based on your personal taste and previous rentals. I was recommended some movies I had never heard of which I then went to to borrow and was pleased with the recommendations.
As part of my Quickflix review I tested the customer service level. Initially there is a short 15 second message prompting me to choose an option. After selecting my option my call was answered within 10 seconds. This is quiet a response when comparing to other voice activated services we all use when contacting Australian business on a regular basis. Hats off to Quickflix.
I recommend Quickflicks to anyone who is looking for an online DVD rental service. There availability and service is flawless when comparing bad experiences with other service providers. I award Quickflix a total of
